User-Generated Content: Comments, photographs, live streams, audio recordings, videos, text, hashtags, and virtual item videos that you choose to create or upload to the Platform ("User Content") and the associated metadata, such as when, where, and by whom the content was created. Even if you are not a user, information about you may appear in User Content created or published by others. When you create User Content, we may upload or import it to the Platform before you save or post it (also known as pre-uploading) to enable features such as recommending audio options, generating captions, or providing personalized recommendations. If you apply an effect to your User Content, we may collect a version without the effect.
c). Messages: Information you provide when you compose, send, or receive messages through the Platform’s messaging functionalities, including the content, timestamps, and participants of the messages. For example, this includes messages sent through our chat functionality to sellers, or messages involving virtual assistants when purchasing items. Please note that messages sent to other users will be accessible by them, and we are not responsible for how they use or share the messages.
d). Clipboard Data: Information from your device’s clipboard, with your permission, such as when you copy and paste content onto the Platform or share content with third-party platforms.
e). Purchase Information: Payment details, such as payment card numbers, third-party payment information (e.g., PayPal), billing and shipping addresses, transaction history, and details required for extended warranties.
f). Contacts: With your consent, we may access your phone or social media contacts to help you find and connect with other users. This may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, and social network profiles.
g). Verification Information: Proof of identity, age, or other documentation required to verify your account or access specific features.
h). Feedback and Participation: Information you share through surveys, contests, events, research, or promotions, including demographic details, preferences, and other responses.
i). Support Correspondence: Details included in communications you send to us, such as when you contact customer support.
B. Information From Other Sources:
We may receive the information described in this Privacy Policy from other sources, such as:
a). Third-Party Services: If you sign up or log in using a third-party service (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, or Google) or link your Aioly account to such services, we may collect information such as your public profile details, email, and contact list.

C. Information We Collect Automatically
When you use the Platform, we automatically collect certain information, including:
a). Device Information: Details about the device you use to access the Platform, such as your IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile carrier, time zone, advertising identifiers, and device model. This includes app and file names, types, battery state, audio settings, and connected audio devices. We assign you a device ID and user ID to track activity across devices.
b). Usage Data: Insights into how you interact with the Platform, including features used, content viewed, search history, and duration and frequency of activities.
c). Location Data: Approximate location information derived from your SIM card, IP address, or user-provided location tags (e.g., points of interest added to User Content). Current versions of the Platform do not collect precise GPS data.
d). Image and Audio Information: Data from videos, images, and audio in your User Content, such as objects and scenery detected, audio characteristics, and spoken text. This may include biometric data, such as faceprints or voiceprints, where permitted by law and with your explicit consent.
e). Metadata: Automatically collected metadata associated with User Content, including when, where, and how it was created or modified, as well as account details like username. Metadata may also include hashtags and captions added to your content.
f). Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Information collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to analyze usage trends, improve functionality, and deliver targeted advertisements.
We may aggregate or de-identify the information described above. Aggregated or de-identified data is not subject to this Privacy Policy.

Location Data
The current version of Aioly does not collect precise GPS data. If you are using an older version of the app that allowed for GPS data collection and you granted permission for this, you can disable location sharing through your device’s settings at any time.
Do-Not-Track Signals
Some web browsers send “do-not-track” signals to websites. Because there is no uniform standard for interpreting these signals, Aioly currently does not respond to them.

Protecting the Privacy of Teens
At Aioly, protecting the privacy of younger users is a priority. To ensure a safe and secure environment, only individuals aged 16 years or older are allowed to register and use our platform.The Platform is not directed at children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect or process personal information from anyone under this age. If we discover that an account was created or information was provided by someone under 16, we will promptly delete the account and associated data.

Content Removal for California Residents Under 18
If you are a California resident under the age of 18 and have posted content on Aioly, you may request the removal of specific content by contacting us. Note on Age Restrictions
Please be aware that Aioly is exclusively available to individuals aged 16 and older. Users under the age of 16 are not permitted to create an account or post content on our platform. If we discover that someone under 16 has provided personal information or posted content, we will promptly delete their account and associated data.
Connecticut Residents
Parents or guardians of Connecticut residents under the age of 16 may request the deletion of their child’s account. Similarly, Connecticut residents aged 16 or 17 may request the deletion of their own account by contacting us. All requests will be handled in compliance with applicable laws.
