Aioly is not only a place to discover food but also a platform to order and share delicious meals from a variety of local restaurants and vendors. We aim to provide a seamless food ordering experience, allowing you to explore and enjoy your favorite dishes from the comfort of your home. This policy outlines the terms and guidelines for ordering food through Aioly, including the role of our vendor partnerships, payment processes, and how to address any issues that may arise.
A. Ordering Process
Aioly's food ordering and delivery services are fulfilled through partnerships with trusted third-party platforms. The food menu, prices, and delivery fees are dynamically fetched live from these platforms during the ordering process. Please note that these details may change in real-time as you proceed with your order. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of this information; however, fluctuations may occur due to factors outside our control.
B. Payments and Adjustments
To complete your food order, you may be required to provide payment details. All payments and charges will be processed directly through the third-party platforms responsible for fulfilling your order. Any changes in price or delivery fees during the transaction will be communicated to you. By continuing with the order, you acknowledge and agree to the third-party platform's terms and policies, including those regarding payment, cancellation, and delivery.
C. Issues with Orders
If you experience any issues with your order—such as discrepancies in prices, availability, or delivery details—you should first contact the vendor or restaurant directly. They handle the fulfillment of all orders and are best positioned to resolve any concerns you may have regarding your order. If the vendor or restaurant is unable to resolve the issue, you may then contact Aioly’s support team for further assistance.
Aioly may assist in facilitating communication between you and the vendor, but we are not responsible for the fulfillment of orders or disputes between users and vendors. As a marketplace, Aioly is not a party to the transaction and is not liable for any failures to complete transactions or for any disputes between customers and vendors.
D. Coupons, Vouchers, and Deals
Aioly may offer various coupons, vouchers, and deals that can be used for ordering food. However, any vouchers or deals created and sold by restaurants or vendors are the sole responsibility of the respective businesses for redemption. Aioly is not responsible for any issues related to the use or redemption of vouchers or deals provided by restaurants or vendors, including discrepancies, expiration, or any other conditions that apply to them. For any inquiries or issues regarding vouchers, please contact the restaurant or vendor directly. If the issue is not resolved, you may reach out to our support team for assistance.
Any coupons or promotional discounts issued by Aioly for use within the app are non-transferable (unless required by law), not redeemable for cash or other considerations, and will expire after thirty (30) days from issuance unless otherwise specified. If your account is terminated, any unused or unexpired coupons will be automatically voided and cannot be redeemed, unless required by law.
E. Food Safety and Health Standards
Aioly works exclusively with vendors and restaurants that are required to comply with all local and regional food safety and health regulations. While we strive to ensure that all vendors adhere to these standards, it is important to note that Aioly does not independently verify the safety or quality of the food provided by vendors. We strongly recommend that you check for any health advisories, ingredient information, or allergies related to the food before placing your order.
If you suspect any health or safety concerns with the food, you should immediately contact the vendor or restaurant directly. They are responsible for ensuring that their food is safe, properly prepared, and meets all required safety guidelines. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can contact our support team, but the vendor remains the first point of contact for any health-related concerns.
F. Ingredients and Allergens
Home Chef sellers are required to provide a list of ingredients for their menu items, including any known allergens. Aioly does not verify the accuracy of this information. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, it is crucial that you check the ingredient information provided by the vendor. Please be aware that food may be prepared in facilities that use shared equipment for various types of meals, which could lead to cross-contamination of allergens. Aioly is not responsible for any health issues or reactions caused by the food ordered through our platform.
G. Marketplace Risk
By using Aioly, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in purchasing meals from independent vendors. Aioly is not affiliated with any specific vendor, restaurant, or meal preparation service and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or authenticity of the meals offered. All risks related to the transaction, including issues related to delivery, quality, or legal concerns, are borne by you, the customer.
H. Independent Vendors
Vendors on Aioly are independent business owners, and not employees or agents of Aioly. They are solely responsible for the preparation, packaging, marketing, and delivery of their food. Each vendor is required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing food safety, marketing, and delivery. Aioly does not employ anyone to prepare or deliver food, and we do not verify the credentials or standards of individual vendors.
